Genuine Expert is the phase that comes to mind when I think about Lindsay.
I had the pleasure of working with Lindsay for nearly three years at Effective Health Systems. She managed multiple products, projects, and clients during that time.
Lindsay’s ability to handle this work was unlike any I have seen before and made a dramatic increase in the productivity level of our company as well as the successes of major initiatives such as national rollouts for our most important clients. She dealt with even our toughest clients effortlessly.
As a team member, Lindsay always worked well with our group, any company would be lucky to have her on their team.
I consider myself blessed to have gotten to work with Lindsay at two different organizations, and can say without a doubt that she is one of the brightest and hardest working individuals I’ve ever known.
Lindsay has the uncanny ability to pick up something and make it her own, without being asked. She quickly adapts to changing roles, and makes it look easy.
She is an outstanding Product Manager. She takes her time to understand the customer need, prioritize it against other work, and keep communication open. Lindsay is constantly thinking about not just the end result of an item she is working on from an X’s and O’x standpoint, she also puts herself in the customer’s shoes – ensuring that they will be happy with the results. She can communicate effectively at all levels, and does so without a hint of doubt in her delivery. She is never afraid to ask questions, or to provide clarity to a situation when she feels others are struggling. Lindsay is also very good at remaining calm when things get intense, which is a fantastic trait for a Product Manager.
Results focused’ is a phrase that comes to mind when I think of Lindsay. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lindsay for nearly two years. During this time Lindsay has consistently been a “go to” person in the organization for clarity on processes. She is able to adapt and manage change effortlessly. She leads by example and maintains composure even in chaotic moments. Lindsay always keeps the end goal in mind and help those around her achieve results.
